No. We have immigration laws. We used to flat out ban Chinese, for example. Eventually, that changed. Now we have an overly complex maze and web of laws compounded by rules and regulations which make it all but impossible to decipher.

But rules for legal immigration is not Nazi like. That’s a completely baseless ignorant claim. All nations impose restrictions on who may enter and/or remain within their borders.

As I’m sure you know, it’s all part and parcel of “sovereignty.”

So if a President wants to lower the number of legal aliens, he or she can go to Congress and have the Immigration and Naturalization law changed.

As to your parting comment, as I understand him, he believes that he might be able to invoke a part of the alien and Sedition laws to authorize military assistance in addressing the problem we have with such massive numbers of illegals
