On what grounds, demonstrating freedom of speech? They should have summarily fired the first guy who did this, make an example of him.

Yeah, but then you won't know when the 16-blade safety razor hits the market and you'll be the only one in your neigbourhood who's still using 15 blades. Then you'll be sorry!Hit them where it hurts and stop buying tickets and merchandise. Stop watching them on the idiot box and watch their advertising revenue plummet
They should not have the best players playing? It's not making headlines the way Kaepernick did, though.Disgusting pricks.
What it comes down to, is the NFL is simply WAY over-represented by black players.
Had there been a much better better representation of America, you would have more Hispanic, White, and Asian players that would then show that America is much more united than when black players are over-represented.
For the survival of sports leagues, franchises like the NFL are likely to need an Afirmative Action for drafting players.
Arian Foster leads 4 Dolphins in protest of national anthem, Chiefs’ Marcus Peters raises right fist
On the 15th anniversary of 9/11, most of the NFL chose not to emulate Colin Kaepernick during the playing of the national anthem before games.
But not all of them did. At CenturyLink Field in Seattle, a quartet of Miami Dolphins - vocal running back Arian Foster, receiver Kenny Stills, lineman Michael Thomas and linebacker Jelani Jenkins - followed the example the Niners QB has been setting for several weeks, choosing to kneel during the playing of the national anthem.

As usual, it was a big deal for a couple of weeks, and now it's going to become diluted and trivialized as people do it here and there.
And none of it will matter, one damn bit. We can all calm down and get on with our lives now.
.
I love that. You didn't address the OP's main point.....that there are too many black NFL players and that is why this country is not united.
And yes...lets all calm down and get on with our lives. Taking a knee in silent protest is just too over the top.

Funny thing is that Kaepernick merchandise is currently outselling all others in the NFL. Many outraged folks are buying it to burn it in protest... these idiots are putting money into Kaepernick's pocket, since he receives a portion of the proceeds, to protest his protest.Hit them where it hurts and stop buying tickets and merchandise. So do I. And it isn't America, quitter.

I'm with you 100%. I also have a beard, but not a full beard, so I do shave my neck and between my beard and sideburns. Do you remember when the double-blade razor came out? Do you remember the cartoon advert showing us how the first blade cuts .... but also tugs at each individual hair strand so that the second blade could cut it even lower than the first one, before the hair 'snapped' back into its' hole? Well they're using the exact same cartoon BS except now there are 6 or 7 blades pulling, pulling, pulling, pulling pulling, pulling, pulling the hair strand further and further out so that the seventh blade is really, really, really, really, really, really, really giving us a close shave. Of course they have to use cartoon effects because .... well ..... ah .... you know ..... it's not true! If the friggin' razor could pull the hair strand out THAT FAR..... duh! .... the hair would be dislodged out of its' follicle - and fall onto the floor!I have a beard but I have used a single edge razor since I was in my 20s. I refuse to shell out the kind of money they want for those ridiculous multi blade razors
You find that funny - strange? You didn't expect it?Funny thing is that Kaepernick merchandise is currently outselling all others in the NFL.
No. The only reason this story has any legs is because the media created it and it is fanning the flames for all it's worth. If there is no media follow-up for a couple of days the whole thing will be filed in the archives and forgotten. The only reason this story had (past tense) any legs is because the conservatives screamed about it.

Anyway, all of those blades and casing to hold them together is so broad that you can't possibly see where the edge of the first blade hits the margin between your beard/sideburns/whatever and the spot you want to expose skin. You are effectively shaving blind.
I use disposable, single blade razors because reusable razors no longer come in single blade. With those I get a clean shave and I can see exactly what I'm doing.

Result of eight years of the anti American, anti police, divisive, radical leftist policies of this administration. Now, hating America has somehow become fashionable. Congratulations liberals.Disgusting pricks.

Who is screaming? Or are you just being your little drama queen self again? The only reason this story had (past tense) any legs is because the conservatives screamed about it.

Both ends of the spectrum do this as naturally as you breathe.
Your behaviors are so similar.
This place remains a fascinating psychological / sociological / anthropological study, indeed!

And I pointed out that you are in fact a little drama queen. Your problem is you are not nearly as smart as you think you are.
