" According to scholar Tjundeshev, Batu Khan was the true founder of "Russian" statehood. China, India and Turkey also descend from the Tatars. For him, “it is so difficult for Russians to learn to be free; they always need a strong hand to rule them." Russia’s isolationism is also Tatar in nature. Foreigners are seen as enemies. Telegram, the instant messaging service, has been blocked. "

Marx :
" There is but one alternative for Europe. Either Asiatic barbarism, under Muscovite direction, ....[256] ", " The bloody mire of Mongolian slavery, not the rude glory of the Norman epoch, forms the cradle of Muscovy, "

You are all idiots - worldwide - who say so. Let the Russians live in peace and freedom and they will live in peace and freedom. That's the same with Russians as with anyone else worldwide. Drugs, lies and violence are the problems which cause drugs, lies and violence - including wars.

What's bullshit. Foreigners are normally welcome, if it are not to many foreigners - foreigners are a problem, if it are many. As nearly all problems of and in human societies it is a problem of harmony and stability as well as a problem of new input and new ideas.

I fear what you call "human nature" is nothing else than obscure ideas about darwinism and what you call "common sense" is only a capitalistic ideology.

the Mongols this your khan´s " crown " , de facto creator of your Moscow ulus

What do you like to justify? Your learned hate against Mongols and Ruthens (=Ukrainians and Russians)? Or hate against Europeans and Turks = Osmans? Or what other form of hate? Hate against Shamanism, Buddhism, Christianity or Islam? Or do you still dream of the wars of the British empire in this area of the world? The wars of Australians and other colonial powers of the world during world war 1+2 in the wider area? Or do you think about the totally stupid forms of "nation building" of the Brits, US-Americans and others? Where begins your view to the world - where ends it? And what is your intention?

Let's be fair.

Russian history seems to be almost nothing but tears & tyranny.

They lived under brutal czars for hundreds of years.

They lived under a cruel Stalin for many years.

They endured a savage Nazi invasion.

They now live under a dictator.

We here in the States are in no position to criticize Russia.

We are now living in an expanding totalitarian government, too.

In fact, in one sense, we are worse off: We are also experiencing unprecedented ethnic unpleasantness.

And as it was wrote in the annotation:
"The most common clichés should be familiar even to the layman". And it fact those, as most of all cliches, are stupid and useless.

In the history of any nation can be found anything - tears, tyranny, love and freedom, brutality and romatism. It only depends on what point of view do you chose.

They lived under brutal czars for hundreds of years.
Those czars were not more "brutal" than kings, khans, sultans, whoever else.

They lived under a cruel Stalin for many years.
Stalin was not more "brutal" than Hitler, Roosevelt, Churchill, Mao or most of other leader.

They now live under a dictator.
Putin definitely is not a dictator. He prefers to bend rather than broke.

We here in the States are in no position to criticize Russia.

We are now living in an expanding totalitarian government, too.

In fact, in one sense, we are worse off: We are also experiencing unprecedented ethnic unpleasantness.
We can't change other people mind, so, all what can we do - to make ourselves better.

dont worry , the hans will fix your Mongol brutality very soon
