In this case police told a father that his eleven year old daughter could be charged with child porn when she was the victim of a predator:
Why is child porn different from adult porn? Because children do not have the capacity to consent to participate in porn. That being the case, the should not be punished for "child porn."
The adults involved, if any? Lock them up and weld their cell door shut for all I care. The kids need counseling, if they can find a counselor these days who won't immediately refer them to a "gender specialist."
