1. A wise wonk has written numberous times that the Democrat Party is not an America party.
The Constitution was a distillation of the views of Madison, Jefferson and Franklin. Progressivism is from the views of Rousseau, Hegel and Marx.
a. The Germans have a history of embracing authoritarian rule. As the German philosopher Hegel said, “The state says … you must obey …. The state has rights against the individual; its members have obligations, among them that of obeying without protest” (Ralf Dahrendorf, Society and Democracy in Germany).

b. The attitude of the FDR government can be seen in these words of A.B. “Happy” Chandler, a former Kentucky governor: “[A]ll of us owe the government; we owe it for everything we have—and that is the basis of obligation—and the government can take everything we have if the government needs it. . . . The government can assert its right to have all the taxes it needs for any purpose, either now or at any time in the future.”

2. The agenda of the Democrats couldn't be less American:
The Democrat Party is now running on full-blown anti-white racism,
socialism,
infanticide,
opposition to free speech,
standing with criminals and felons rather than law-abiding citizens
substituting illegal alien voters for the American citizenry,
support for rioters, arsonists, murderers, and anarchists,
accepting payment from Communist China for future considerations,
and anti-Semitism… the knuckle-dragging, atavistic pagan party.

3. The latest attack on America and the American system, is the Democrat plan to have Stalin's United Nations review and advise and consent before Supreme Court decision are to be accepted.

Don't forget
  • Using the legal system to criminalize and punish their political opposition.
  • Violating the Hatch Act.
  • Promoting anarchy and revolt against their own government (subversion).
  • Putting the interests of other countries ahead of their own.
  • Intentionally disrupting the energy sector and other vital areas in order to effect political change beneficial only to them (treason).

One might, but I would, argue that the Democrat party is a treasonous conspiracy organization. In another thread someone suggested deporting them.

They're really not part of America anymore; the hard Left have finally revealed they've been totally taken over by radical European socialists who want to deep six the USA, its government, constitution and free way of life for themselves. In other words, we have an invading enemy among us.

Another moron afraid to confront the facts presented.

There’s a greater chance of the Pope joining a boy band than of your posting anything worth reading.

You've never presented a "fact" in your entire posting career. I just look at your sources and know you've posted nothing but garbage. The National Review. The Epoch Times.

So much good and valid information available on the internet and you always go for the garbage.

Well any idiot would know you are american when you are born in America

But we are not talking about the normal idiots here.

Not so. There are a lot of people born in America who, even by today's interpretation of the Constitution are not automatically citizens.

In Heller, Justice Scalia raises the point of "the people" referring to the "political community" which has been used to suggest that constitutional protections apply to the "political community". It has been suggested that the right to birthright citizenship would have the same restriction of "political community" or at least that the 14th Amendment birthright citizenship applies to those over which the United States has jurisdiction.

An indepth consideration on the idea would be an interesting thread and you should make no assumptions on my viewpoint, one way or the other, based on my bringing it into the discussion.

Of course being born here is obviated by the attempts your sort employs to destroy this nation.

I recommend a review of "Fifth Column" in Spanish history.

"fifth column, clandestine group or faction of subversive agents who attempt to undermine a nation’s solidarity by any means at their disposal. The term is conventionally credited to Emilio Mola Vidal, a Nationalist general during the Spanish Civil War (1936–39). As four of his army columns moved on Madrid, the general referred to his militant supporters within the capital as his “fifth column,” intent on undermining the loyalist government from within.

A cardinal technique of the fifth column is the infiltration of sympathizers into the entire fabric of the nation under attack and, particularly, into positions of policy decision and national defense. From such key posts, fifth-column activists exploit the fears of a people by spreading rumours and misinformation, as well as by employing the more standard techniques of espionage and sabotage."

That would be you and yours.

And on the other end.....many of us born elsewhere who are better Americans.

When Peter Schramm’s family fled Hungary, he writes:

“But where are we going?” I asked

“We are going to America,” my father said.

“Why America?” I prodded

“Because, son…we were born Americans, but in the wrong place,” he replied. American by Choice
