Actually, this is nothing new for New York City...
Prostitution has been rampant in spurts since before "Prohibition laws".
It all depends upon the mayor of the city....
Only under Guiliani did the rate of postitution become lower....
Protitution soared under De Blasio and has not abated especially with the influx of illegal aliens taking over the Queens area of Roosevelt Ave, the Bronx Terminal area, Queens Plaza, Times Square,, etc.

Harris is for legalization of prostitution. I wonder why this is never brought up. This means she is sanctioning trafficking of minors which goes with prosititution illegal and legal 100% of the time.
