That's just dumb. They were still hearing testimony on Monday. There wouldn't have been time to vote, and then prepare the report by Tuesday. I suspect trump knows he's guilty, and will be subpoenaed, but he's just too stupid to know how long that takes.

cool story they can continue to hear testimony all they want, doesn’t change the fact the DA office leaked they were working with state, local and federal agencies on the arrest early this week

We all know it is likely at some point. Did you expect them to wait until the last minute to form their plan? There was no indication it would happen Tuesday.

Alvin Bragg has much of NYC already angry at him for letting criminals loose with no/low bail.

The leak said that the DA was meeting with law endorsement. That’s it.

Trump made up this nonsense about Tuesday, probably so that he could get his supporters to assemble at a specific time.

Turns out that was a stupid idea because his little protest was a flop.
