He is the president of the United States. He can't be pushed out barring impeachment, or 25th amendment being invoked.

He decided not to run. He endorsed Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris was accepted as the Democratic nominee of the Democratic party by the party delegates of all states.

So, now explain how saying a VP can unilaterally reject the certified election results and forging electoral votes is OK.

Bullshit..... They must have threatened him.

Bullshit. Since all you can do is speculate how about this one? Biden Harris and Obama came to an “understanding” long before the July debate debacle that was not discussed with anyone, including all three spouses. Biden came up with the idea to insist that he would stubbornly remain the candidate until after Donald Trump became the nominee at the RNC convention.

Obama worked the field to make sure there would be no serious challenges if Biden passed the torch to Harris

The rest is history.

Biden will beat Trump for the second time and have an extraordinary legacy. Donald Trump sits the rest of his life in prison if he doesn’t flee the country when he can’t steal the 2024 election like he tried to do 2021.

Talk about speculation... As late as a week before he announced his Camp said he had no plans to withdraw. That pretty much blows your theory out of the water. They didn't call Nancy the backstabbing bitch down to Washington DC to hand him a welcome card. The meeting I had down in DC was more like Shakespeare's Ides of March then it was a cooperative agreement.

Biden always planned on saying he had no plans to withdraw as part of the operational surprise shock and awe for the Trump campaign. Of course Biden said he had no plans withdrawal up to that last moment. That’s what made the whole thing work so well.

Pence would have been correct to not certify until the allegations of cheating were investigated.

Democrats REALLY wouldn't have liked that. But only for one reason: It would have exposed them.

Voter ID Laws Are Patriotic. They Protect Black Americans | Opinion

A clear majority of ALL Americans support voter ID.

Democrats, as usual, don't give a shit about what Americans think.

And as for putting up road blocks for voting:

They were investigated. I saw the entire top of the DOJ... the Trump DOJ, testify that there was no widespread voter fraud after they investigated the allegations. This on top of over 60 court cases.

What you are saying is that the VP can simply disregard the will of the people, the DOJ, and the judicial system, on his own recognizance.

Your walls of text are too annoying to respond to.

What you are saying is that the VP can simply disregard the will of the people, the DOJ, and the judicial system, on his own recognizance.
If he believes the election was not free, fair, and open, he would have the duty to refuse to certify, because he believes the will of the people is not being done.

You want the VP to just be a rubber-stamp. And you want him to rubber-stamp whatever the Democrats want.

Not very democratic of you, is it?

It has already been proven that Barr lied when he said there were investigations.
This on top of over 60 court cases.
None of which made rulings on any evidence.

There is still no law that prevents the VP from accepting the petitions from states, to delay their particular certifications until they recheck their results.

Why are you responding and acknowledging that you’re running away from him?.

I can shorten them just for you if you have an argument or you think something I said is not true

Lol. You think it is Democratic to have the VP be the final and only word on whether a election is free and fair. Not the voters.

You have an odd notion of Democracy. Why bother voting in your scenario at all? In the end it's only one man's feelings that matter.

Thanks for explaining how you truly feel about Democracy.

That is not true.

IIRC, if the President of the Senate cannot or refuses to certify the election, then it goes to the House of Representatives where the representatives from each state vote.

In 2021, that vote would have gone to Trump.

Ah, that makes it more Democratic? Under your scenario why vote for president at all? Since it's the VP feelings that decide whether the presidential election results are honored or the house gets to decide.

Oh and by the way not "rubber stamping whatever the Democrats want." But rubber stamping the electoral college votes, you know... those things that the Trump campaign forged. Since the VP doesn't have anything but a ceremonial roll to play in the process.

So your position is that if you win the presidency, and 2 years later you win the house. The next presidential election is unnecessary? Since it's the VP who gets to decide if he certifies.

That's not what I said, moron.

Read the US Constitution.

Moron? You are putting forth the premise that a VP can simply refuse to certify. A premise that gives the VP the choice to either honor the certified election results or let the house decide. In which case voting for president becomes moot if the house and the VP are off the same party.
