Maybe you are unaware, but in technical interviews, interviewees are asked very technical questions and in some cases even asked to give specific methodologies for solving a particular problem. That is the equivalent of comparing two people running the 40 yard dash.
ou can stop asking silly questions that you know are disingenuous because Whites are not 80 percent of the managers and almost 80 percent of the workers because they were all best for the motherfuckig job.
Considering whites make up about 71% of the population and are about twice as likely(59% to 31%) to have college degrees than black people, no, I do not find that abnormal.
