Have you ever had just a black screen and wondered whether your computer is on or off.

You can go to this website and it will tell you if it's on.

I'm a little confused.
If the computer is not on, then you can not go to that screen.
So then it can never be "no".
It will always be "yes".

Now if you could go to some other computer and ask if a particular IP address was on, that maybe would be something.

It doesn't even try. No matter how it is accessed, from what, it will disp0lay exactly the same result.
