Pro gun way to stop potential terrorists from getting guns: The Orlando Protocol....

Here...let's discuss a list of items that can be used...altogether, to ban a U.S. citizen from owning a gun .....this is a work in progress so any help is appreciated....

In order to ban a U.S. citizen from buying a gun and stripping them of their Civil Rights.......right? How about these....

The Orlando Protocol.......

--Must be interviewed by the FBI on suspicion of terrorism 3 times.

--Must have been assigned a confidential informer/undercover agent in order to find out their views on islamic jihad

--must have traveled to a muslim country linked to terrorist sponsorhip

--must have had a complete FBI records and background search based on suspicion of terrorist links, and this must be in conjunction with 3 FBI interviews..

--must have a connection to a mosque associated with at least one terrorist suspect here or over seas....

--must have 2 known connections to known terrorists....

--must have been pointed out to the FBI on allegations of making pro jihad statements.....

How about those...and in order to be stripped of the right to own a gun you must have met all of these requirments.....


I don't believe in this but I thought I would start a conversation on how we strip U.S. citizens of their civil rights without due process....

Barak obama will of course be put on the no fly list and the no gun list right away....

First, the fellow should never have been able to buy a gun of any kind with his past record. Second, your final statement truly shows what a dumb ass you are. This is not about the President, this is about preventing further atrocities. Such as those we have seen in shopping malls, grade schools, and movie theaters.

As far as gun rights go, we currently have laws about weapons like the .45 Thompson. They do not prevent you from owning and shooting such, if you can pass the muster. We should apply the same laws to semi-automatics that are capable of having large capacity magazines. And enforce those laws. You get caught with one without the proper license and you have committed a felony. All your guns will be confiscated and destroyed, and, after you have served your term you will not ever be allowed to own or have in your possession a firearm.

The high capacity bait and switch...right? You say high capacity to a non gun owner and they think 100 round drums.....you twits then switch it and want to ban normal magazines for rifles and postols........

That is why we don't trust you...we know you want to ban everything you can get away with


There are at least 3,750,000 AR-15s in the country..maybe as many as 5,000,000 and 1 was used to kill people on Sunday....

There is no rational basis to call for a ban on semi auto rifles...they are not used in crime...and they are used only extremely rarely in mass shooting events....and anything done with an AR-15 could be done with pistols or shotguns...every last mass shooting.......because the targets are unarmed and are sitting ducks to the killers.

There is no reason to ban any rifles....normal people don't use them for crime...and as the 140 murdered people in France show...terrorists can always get them...
