So? Jesus Himself said in Matthew that the gate to Heaven is narrow, and that only those who accept Him as Lord, Savior, and Master over their lives become Born Again and will enter. All others are headed on the wide paths to Hell and eternal separation from G-d. John 14:6, Jesus emphatically states that He is "The Way, Truth, and Life, and that no one can come to the Father, except through Him". There is no other way.

That's because they love their sin more than they love G-d. That being said, now the issue of church discipline comes up. And Scripture has a specific procedure for that. Making a person leave the flock, or especially in ministry and leadership positions because of unrepentant sin is not "kicking them out", but the beginning of repentance and restoration.
