First, anyone who says "Globalists" can't be taken seriously. It's a global economy, and we need to learn how to compete.

Secondly, if "Cheap labor" was a goal, then the "Globalists" who are hiding under your bed would go to India or Vietnam or Malaysia, where they truly can get cheaper labor.

Instead, they go to China, because China has invested in the infrastructure and education to compete in the "Global" market.

I draw a parallel to Japan after WWII.

After Japan's economy was boosted during the Korean War by supplying the war effort, Japan initially became known for producing cheap goods. But they also invested in producing high-quality goods and managed to beat the US in some commodities because they did them better (Cars, Electronics).

China is in a similar position right now.
