Top of the list, as so often, are three Scandinavian countries: Finland, which has been in first place for five years in succession, followed byNorway and Denmark. At the other end of the scale, Turkmenistan,North Korea and Eritrea, in last place, were the worst performers.France is ranked 38th (up one place), the United States 49th (down three places)

Well, this is the end? End of free speech in our country?
Does it mean that most of articles in newspapers are telling sh*t?
Does it mean that there is no independent sources in our country?
What do you think about?

Number one you have to look at the source, is there some agenda (there always is for good or bad), then figure out who makes the determination and how is it made.
Not saying they're right or wrong, just that one has to be aware of the potential bias inherent in any organization.
