Had Trump and Congressional Republicans acknowledged the fact that a majority of Americans oppose Trump and the Republican agenda, being more pragmatic and inclusive, as opposed to arrogant and partisan, then their approval ratings might be somewhat better.

Indeed........Most of us have noticed that The Trump Party (not the GOP, really) has simply "circled the wagons" of that 1/3 of Trump's mindless base (the Trump Cult).

There has been no reaching out to other groups of American voters (except the 2% wealthy folks) .......and as Jeff Flake honestly stated, "the current republican rallies are filled with just OLD, WHITE MEN and some dutiful wives"......and the reaching out to other groups is non-existent......
