There's a drug interdiction effort ala cooperation between a bunch of SA countries with Navies and Intel dealing with the issue. Plus we just put a group of warships off the Venezuelan coast to say 'hi there'.

We aren’t at war with Venezuela. We supplied no proof that I can see that American lives were in danger. How do we know everyone on that boat was guilty and deserved death?
