What happened was Trump was warned by his staffers about not being fooled by the "red mirage" that always shows Republican's leading early in the evening once in person votes (usually favored by Republican voters) have been cast because there would still be millions and millions of mail in ballots to be counted that, because of state laws can't even be opened and tabulated until the polls officially close in those states.
Those ballots are more favored by Democrat voters.

But Trump, being the extremely dimwitted carnival barker that he is, didn't listen to the experienced, professional advice.
He fell for the red mirage and declared victory WAY before he should have and his MAGAt cultists like yourself, because Trump had said it, unquestionably accepted it as your new "truth."
