His speech impediment was years ago and just started up again over the last couple years. If anyone believes, after watching that debate that Biden isn’t suffering from dementia, then they are just blind partisans. I dealt with grandparents and parent that suffered from dementia and Biden is deep into dementia and briefly comes out of it, if he isn’t tired, has jet lag, a cold or any lack of sleep, but for the most part he is not there.
