Preemptive strike on Cuba in the making ?

Would be advisable to see if a large majority of the population of either Cuba or Puerto Rico want to become USA states and citizens.

My preference would to be leave both independent. Puerto Rico is costing the USA more as a protectorate than it may be worth.

Don't care actually. The Hawaiians were not happy either.

They blockaded Cuba, imposed a mountain of sanctions... but that wasn't enough... now they're attacking the power grid... bringing in viruses and dengue fever... infecting the sugarcane with some kind of rust, and the tobacco with blue mold...

This thread is in regard to threat that Cuba may launch these drones without the USA providing major provocation; i.e. "just because they have the means" and have had motive for decades.

Ànd why would they do that.....do they have a death wish? Seriously, what would their purpose and goal be, doing something like that? They wouldn't.
