Notice how many higher income earners remained and were even moved to the 35% bracket. Somebody making 400k moved from a 33% bracket to a 35% bracket under TCJA. That is an increase. I thought 400k was rich to Democrats?

The top bracket(500k+) did get a 2% cut, but they are still paying 2% more than the next lowest bracket.
