Powell resigns, with 3 others

WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 (Xinhuanet) -- US Secretary of State Colin Powell and three of his US cabinet colleagues have tendered their resignations, a senior US administration official said Monday.

Besides Powell, resignations were tendered by Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham, Education Secretary Rod Paige and Agriculture Secretary Ann Venneman.
