Post Your Mood Today With Pics!

Slight discontent that it is Monday morning again.... :doubt:
It's almost as good to plan something good for Monday's as Fridays. Postpone going back to work one more day.

Here is what I do...

Monday...I will have a nice lunch with one of my kids or an office buddy. Something good to look forward to that long morning.
Tuesday...hey its' not Monday,
Wednesday...hump day! Tomorrow is Thursday!!
Thursday...go out for dinner and watch a movie...treat the night almost like a Friday night.
Fri, Sat and Sun...ahhhh

I have to work on Saturdays and Sundays. I have Monday off, so I don't mind Monday as much as everyone else. :D I actually look forward to Monday. Lol.
Ohh, I worked Saturdays for awhile. Hated it.

Health Industry?

I work at the hospital, yep! That is my part-time job. My full time job is medical transcription.

My daughter is an RT, she works a revolving three 12's. Required to work a Fri/Sat/Sun every month. She also does sleep studies twice a month...which is of course at night..but she gets really well for those two nights.

You might have to work Christmas or Thanksgiving.

Yup. No holidays off unless I make a request 35-40 days in advance. They don't like it if you take both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I usually work at least one of those holidays. I don't really celebrate any other holidays.

I'm just an operator at the hospital. Really hard to get hired there, so when I saw they had an opening, I grabbed it. Now that I'm in, when something else better opens up, I'm hoping to be "seen" for the position. :) They do most of their hiring from within.

I don't mind working Thanksgiving. I never worked on Christmas in fact I always saved one of my weeks for between Christmas and NY.

You get double time for Christmas/Thanksgiving?
The hospital my daughter worked at first paid nothing over standard, the one she is at now pays time and half on 5 holidays.

I love working - it's the only time I feel like I am by myself (since I don't work in an office)

I also love the evening, when I get to watch my shows.

I also love bed time, cause my bed is comfy and I love to sleep.

I'm pretty much never unhappy - except for today, I'm just in a shitty mood for no reason (but, maybe it's because I went to a funeral first thing this morning...)

Not for my transcription job because I'm considered a "subcontractor."

Then the hospital job probably depends on the number of hours you get every week. You should ask about that.

I started per diem, but now I work every weekend. I've only worked at the hospital for a few months, since January.

So, like 16 hours a week? Overtime may start at 28 - 30 but you never know.

It's been a long day. I'm looking forward to this:

I've been having to take Tylenol PMs in order to sleep without dreams. My sleeping and eating schedules are all fucked up. Lol.
I don't take the PM ones because I thought they'd give me vivid dreams. Do they have melatonin for the sleep part?
