I'm exhausted. Helped my son move into his new home. It is nicer than the first three homes I owned....and he is still 27.

And yes......you are right if you think that I am beaming with pride. But...there is more.

Just now....as he drove me home...he told me that he was named as his department's newest Field Training Officer AND he has been asked to put in for a detective position that opens up in May.

Yes....that's right. My son might make ******* detective this year.

It's almost as good to plan something good for Monday's as Fridays. Postpone going back to work one more day.

Here is what I do...

Monday...I will have a nice lunch with one of my kids or an office buddy. Something good to look forward to that long morning.
Tuesday...hey its' not Monday,
Wednesday...hump day! Tomorrow is Thursday!!
Thursday...go out for dinner and watch a movie...treat the night almost like a Friday night.
Fri, Sat and Sun...ahhhh

I have to work on Saturdays and Sundays. I have Monday off, so I don't mind Monday as much as everyone else. I actually look forward to Monday. Lol.
