Post your 2026 midterm "Ictober surprise" prediction.

Typically, an October surprise is a privelege of the party in power, but if you believe that the democrats may have their own October surprise, please post.

If enough of us post predictions, one or two of them should come true, then they have bragging rights.

It doesn't have to happen exactly in october. I predict mine for late summer or September:

A firm peace deal with the iranians including verifiable no more nuclear weapons program. Bonus prediction: a treaty to be given to the senate just before the elections for their consideration.

Then, everybody will know that if the democrats take the senate, they will reject the treaty no matter how favorable it's terms, because it is Trump's treaty.

I predict, now that Hersheys is changing the formula back to the old standard, that Reese's peanut butter cups will taste surprisingly better. Still not as good as home made Tiger Butter though.

The dems can spin yarns and the weak minded latch on
as if it's true.
The republicans have no fire in their gut to stand up to the onslaught

Even if Dems win and Trump gets impeached, Peter Thiel’s humanoid JD robot takes his place. The trend to social credit score tied to digital currency will accelerate, just as set forth in Constitution 2.0

Not that it matters at this point in America's decline but I'm guessing the Democrat side of the Swamp Party will regain control of the House. Ultimately, it won't really matter since we'll just get more of the Same-O, Same-O.
