Ok, let's say Obama actually closes Gitmo. It really begs the question, what do we do with people we capture.

Let's say tomorrow, we execute a "snatch and grab" of Ayman al Zwahiri. Great! we got him! Now what do we do with him?

The left is in charge now so we know that no extraordinary methods will be used to extract any information if he doesn't want to talk. Where would he be housed? Do we treat him like a guy that stole a car stereo? Or is there something else we should do?

Put him on trial and place him in a high security prison, just like it has been done with Nazi War criminals.

I have another question:

Why was it criminal for Bush to hold terrorists in Gitmo for an indefinite period of time without a trial, but its OK for Obama to murder them in their homes along with their families in Pakistan with Predator Drone missiles without a trial?
