Now consider this:

If the state or any corporations wanted this land FOR WHATEVER REASON, it’s incredibly convenient that now it can be bought for pennies on the dollar by investors or by using EMINENT DOMAIN by the state (and not having to pay much for it)…because a large percentage of these properties were UNINSURED and are now basically WORTHLESS …they could put in a high speed rail line or a 15 minute city with DENSE housing projects…if they wanted to.

There TRULY are no coincidences in this life.

California is saturated with lazy Democrats who do nothing and watch the entire state fall apart. This includes letting the shoplifters steal to their hearts content, giving away all California's assets to the illegals, being super soft on crime and making it a living HELL for police officers to do their jobs.

True. They all know they face fire year after year. They also knew they had no fire insurance.
They put all their faith in democrat environmental policies that saving little fish and letting dead wood pile up was more important than people.
Even after this, I bet a lot of them stay there and don't even blame local and state policies and consider it just part of what goes with the territory.
What will be telling is whether they make any changes now or hold anyone responsible.

Why should they care? They are living in a 15 million dollar home, have security gates, guards, gardeners, maids, pool boy, and a chauffeur. They shop Wilshire Blvd looking for a new Gucci purse. Their idea of work is standing in front of a camera reading lines pretending they are someone else, or going to the latest awards ceremoney in a tux. The Left's entire world is based on false reality.
 
This is day 5 of the DEMOCRAT fire burning & there is no end in sight.
