Possible Criminal charges against crooked Mueller attorneys

You have the cart in front of the horse. They had no way of proving the computer technician deleted the emails, so there was no case against him.
:icon_rolleyes: Of course Paul Combetta deleted Hillary's emails! You aren't even a half way decent cover artist/ liar for Obama's DOJ!

He had access to all of Hillary's emails and her server! No one doubts he deleted them all (using Bleach Bit just to make sure these "worthless personal" emails could never be recovered...quite a precaution wouldn't you agree?).
"What? You mean wipe it clean, like with a cloth?" said poor dear Mrs. Clinton so innocently.

Absolutely no one thinks otherwise. Especially not Combetta who freely admitted deleting all the emails that Congress
had subpoenaed.

"Combetta told the feds he made the deletions despite knowing about a request to keep all such emails from the House Committee on Benghazi. Combetta reportedly was given immunity and was not charged." https://nypost.com/2016/09/18/inside-the-scramble-to-cover-up-clintons-private-email-server/

The best they could do was offer him immunity and hope he would reveal who had told him to do so.
Maybe you should stop making shit up as you go along. It makes you look real real sneaky
and untrustworthy.

Did I already mention the Obama DOJ gave immunity to all of Hillary's drones and lackeys
making prosecution of the case impossible? Yeah, I think I did.

Yes, it was pretty clear that Combetta deleted her emails. The problem is they would have a hard time demonstrating it. There was no physical evidence demonstrating Combetta wiped the drives. There were no witnesses that could testify that he wiped the drives. Combetta had taken the 5th on the matter. The evidence against him was circumstantial. Maybe they could have proved he deleted the drives but then they'd also have to prove that Combetta definitely knew he was violating the subpoena when he did so, which is again another hurdle.

Guess what? That was testimony he gave to the FBI after they gave him immunity. Saying he "freely" admitted it is false. Before getting immunity, he had actually denied deleting the files.

Not making anything up. Read the IG report, starts around page 103.

The point is that no one really cares if Combetta, a no name technician, gets nailed. What the FBI really wanted was someone higher up. What you fail to see was that the immunity deal for Combetta increases the chance that the FBI is able to prosecute Clinton or one of her aides, had one of them directed him to delete the emails illegally. The problem for you, is that no one higher up told him to do so.

WND - a Russian fake news site, and the conspiracy theory site The Gateway Pundit. Neither of which has ever passed a fact check

Devon Nunes can't file charges against a Billy Goat. He has no power to do so. Devon Nunes Cow has more power to lay charges.

Apparently you can't read.

Declassified FBI memos undercut Mueller team claims that Papadopoulos hindered Russia probe | Just The News

Newly declassified FBI memos directly conflict with court filings that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team made in asking a federal judge to send former Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos to prison, further calling into question the government’s conduct in investigating the now-debunked “Russia collusion” narrative.

Looks like they reported that Papadopolous obstructed their trying to reach this informant, and it turns out he was helping the FBI in trying to find him. A flat out lie that perpetuated this bullshit investigation.

Read the memos yourself:

Just the news??? You Russians need better sources.

There was no underlying crime.

They can’t be accused of destroying evidence of a crime when there was no underlying crime.
The crime was destroying emails that Congress had subpoenaed as evidence in an investigation of a possible crime.
Your word games just don't cut it.
Right. A process crime. Just like lying to investigators who are in the process of the investigation of a possible crime.

If lying to investigators is a process crime, so was deleting those emails.

Do you have a fucking clue what a "process crime" is? Obviously not. Destroying subpoenaed evidence in an investigation is not a process crime, it's a REAL crime. Known as obstruction of justice.

Damn how stupid are you?

Nunes from a minority position in the House?

You have to laugh at Republicans charging a Republican appointed investigator for pointing out how crooked Trump & his Republicans are.,

Now it's "pretty clear" Combetta deleted all of Hillary's incriminating emails? Before you said there was no
way of proving he did....what a track record of saying whatever you think you need to at any given moment you want.

No chance proving Hillary's IT choice, Platte River Networks, deleted all her emails? Not without an actual investigation, maybe. Once immunity is given to all the key players and Clinton and Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin and guys like Combetta actually talk to the FBI without a prison term hanging over their head the chances of getting to the actual truth are zero!
Because there is no penalty for lying their asses off now. And nobody in the DOJ or the FBI want the real truth anyway. That's the last thing the Obama administration wants!

Combetta is the low man on this totem pole and giving him immunity was especially grievous and a federal prison term would surely get more truth out of him then letting him tell his little stories about he "forgot" to delete all of Clinton's emails
when he supposedly was going to and had to rush in and clear them all out, with Bleach Bit don't forget.
But the DOJ let all of the Clinton rats run out of the corner in order to save Hillary's wrinkled fat ass!

Guess what? That was testimony he gave to the FBI after they gave him immunity. Saying he "freely" admitted it is false. Before getting immunity, he had actually denied deleting the files.
I can't believe you are actually wasting bandwidth making this non point.
Combetta did indeed freely admit certain specially chosen exculpatory points AFTER the DOJ threw him a life line. Period!

Sure! This underling, this lackey, this hired IT monkey just decided to get rid of over 30,000 of Hillary Clinton's emails
just because he wanted to (Bleach Bit and all)!
No one told him he should. He just felt that he should do that. Of course. :113:

Why would anyone doubt your contention, without a single bit of information to back you up, given your track record of
lying your ass off?

Yes they are real crimes but they have NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MAIN INVESTIGATION. When Hillary deleted those emails that was DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE INVESTIGATION thus was not a process crime, it was a real crime that should have been prosecuted. But of course no prosecutor wants to be suicided by the Clintons so the bitch walks.

Stone, Flynn and Papadopolous all lied to investigators and their lies were directly related to the main investigation. It’s actually necessary that their lies be directly related to the investigation, otherwise it might not count as obstruction.

Stone didn't lie about Trump colluding with Russia. He lied about Wikileaks. This is about Trump Russia collusion. Try to keep up.

Flynn got a date wrong. The people interviewing him said he didn't lie.

Papadololous lied so badly he was sentenced to 14 days in jail.

The process crimes were things like:

Paul Manafort, convicted of tax fraud from 15 years ago. Had nothing to do with Trump or Trump Russia collusion.

Rick Gates, charges identical to Manafort. Again, nothing to do with Trump Russia collusion.

Richard Pinedo: convicted of identity theft. Again, nothing to do with Trump Russia collusion

Konstantin Kilimnik: Convicted of witness tampering in Manforts case. Again, nothing to do with Trump Russia collusion

Michael Cohen: Convicted of campaign finance violations. Again, nothing to do with Trump Russia collusion.

By far more people in the Mueller probe were convicted of process crimes that had nothing to do with the Trump investigation than had to actually do with it.

Congrats for the organized line up of misinformation excuses covering the most corrupt admin in the history of this nation. Like poor Mike Flynn, caught talking to Russia on the phone at the 'biggest crowd' inauguration. Or Manafort working for, and making millions, from foreign governments..unregistered. You did leave out freaky Roger Stone jury nullification by our "Constitution Protector President" who seeks to jail people according to their lack of suck-up proclivities. You could get rich giving lessons o that!

Ok, if it's misinformation prove one thing I said to be wrong.

Otherwise quit your bitchin.
