Portland, Oregon in Trumps sights?

MAGA is violence and thuggery.

They're going to keep cheerleading for turning the US into a police state....until the boots they're licking end up stomping on their face. Maybe at that point they'll realize they've been tricked into trading liberty for "security."
Maybe. Or maybe they'll like it that way.

Yep. And that fries your little brain, doesn't it?
Seeing vague rants by a "not Democrat" who refuses requests to be specific amuses my little brain.

Maybe you should focus on being one poster for a while, and making that poster smart enough to explain his positions instead of pure name-calling. Doesn't have to be dblack, any of the others would be fine.

One of the conventions of fiction is that the main character and often secondary characters change over time, usually for the better.

When did Trump's actions cross the line from trying to quell violence in our capitol to turning the U.S. in to a police state?

Or like another poster on here, are you predicting a future bad outcome?

It's obvious that the residents of Portland don't care about what happens to their city, so why should the rest of us?
Like the rest of OR that Portland dictates to, everyone in Portland doesn't agree with their Marxist policies. Those people deserve to live in safe, secure surroundings.

An authoritarian President invading cities that oppose him politically, IS a bad outcome. It's shitty, authoritarian government. Wake the **** up.

Things are going in that direction. And to be clear, I believe it would be going in that direction with or without Trump. The difference is, he has the uncanny ability to get "conservatives" to cheer for all sorts of things that they ordinarily would be fiercely opposed to, if a Dem happened to be in charge at the time.

They hypocrisy is pretty mind-blowing. They'd be howling if a Dem were doing the shit Trump is doing. They NEVER acknowledge this. It's, always, different when they do it.

.

Same in Washington.

Plenty of people in the eastern portions of both states want to annex to Idaho. I don't blame them. Let the left cult pay their own taxes.

.

I'd love to see Portland get *****-slapped for allowing the left cult to deface it so. It used to be a beautiful city.

.
My goodness, is it possible that Portland could slide backward to the point that it looks like some of the similar sized cities in red states? No, I don't think so, our average guy and gal are a bit more intelligent than that.

I lived in Portland for 4 years in 1987 to 1991. Beautiful city and fairly sane in those days. Now it's a sewer thanks to democrats.

Finally!
An actual action of Trump that you oppose instead of just the name calling. I see you took my advice about making this "character" smarter. A little, anyway.

Sending American National Guardsmen into an American city to protect the American citizens and residents from violent attacks is not an "invasion." He's not just the president of the federal government. Donald Trump is the president for every crime victim in Chicago, New Orleans, Portland, and my own hometown of Houston.

If he fails to take steps to end the crime waves and to allow U.S. citizens to live in peace and be able to enjoy parks, sidewalks, public forums, schools, and nightlife in relative safety, he would be remiss.

Would you feel better if he sent the La NG into Shreveport, La? It currently has a Republican for a Mayor and another one for Governor of the state.
