No they don't. States cannot legalize illegal immigrants and they cannot hide illegal immigrants from the Feds. The 10a deals with powers not delegated to the federal government which is not the case for immigration which is federal power of the Executive branch. Biden decided to let everyone in, the courts did diddly squat about it. Trump is sealing the border and going after illegals and Democrats are throwing a hissy fit and falsely claiming he's violating the Constitution, which he is not.

I did not say states can legalize illegal aliens. But states do have a big say in the illegal alien issue since the constitution grants the feds only the right "to establish a uniform rule of naturalization." According to the 10A everything else is a state issue.
