Wait until anyone brings up Southern California's multi-generational, usually race-based, tens of thousands of gang members. What is called "Sales Territory," therein is about the "Turf" rules. Videos glorifying violence they don't need to see,, or even make. Santa Monica protesters actually drew the police away from the pricey neighborhoods, apparently in larger than necessary numbers, for example. Gang members appear to have likely able to notice--what and where they could get away with!

Urban police departments tend to deploy as required. A Southern California police pursuit, on the Freeways--tends to hold back instead of deploying munitions, sufficient to explode every passing car along the way!

Recall Acting Director Chad Wolf is illiterate, and devoid of law enforcement, administrative skills. He does not run a local law enforcement department,, even!
