Yanno...................I look at it this way...................

Bush Sr. is an old man in a wheelchair, and he is unable to lift his arms very high. When he meets someone, he still wants them to feel like he's connecting with them, and so he tries to touch them in a reassuring manner.

But, like I said, he can only lift his arms so far, and that may result in him patting a woman on the butt on occasion. And, because he knows this, and tries to throw a bit of humor into the mix, he says the same joke time after time, that his favorite magician is David Cop a Feel.

Me? I don't really see any problem with this. It's not like he's gonna jump up, throw a woman down on the floor and have sex with them.

And, if a woman is offended, she should say something at the time it happens, not wait until later.
