Israel is not subscriber. So if the US fails to stop their ally Israel from making war, the agreement fails and the war on Iran continues. That is what it says. But now the war is over. The US and Israel got all what they wanted.

From the MOU…
1. The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran and their allies in the current war, by signing this MOU, declare the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon, and undertake from now on not to initiate any war or any military operation against each other, and to refrain from the threat or use of force against each other, and ensuring the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Lebanon. The final deal will confirm the permanent termination of the war on all fronts, including in Lebanon, and other provisions of this paragraph.
This would appear to mean Iran and the US are ensuring the territorial integrity of Lebanon. Israel being the warmongering aggressor will likely violate this, and Iran and the US would then be bound to protect Lebanon.

How did Iran "Start a war", exactly? They overthrew a government that wasn't serving them. When it looked like we might try to put that government back into power, they took hostages that they released.
This is not a state of war. It's just a government we don't like.

They took 66 American hostages in 1979 and have sponsored attacks on us ever since.
Nobody understand peace like President Trump. He could become the first person to win two Nobels in the same category.
