It would be better to end supreme court appointments by the president, And replace it by a lottery system. Each party appoints a certain number of candidates, And those candidates are selected by random lottery.

This should ensure that each party stops trying to appoint Extremists to the court because there's always a chance that the other party's extremists will get Selected.

That won't happen , It is close to impossible to change the constitution, Article II section 2 is clear that it is up to the president to choose. The supreme court has been responsive up until lately , it is something that I respected most of my life up until the last few decades.

They love big government just as much as democrats. They simply disagree on what parts of people's lives the government should interfere in.
