The WSJ poll has VP Cheney's approval rating at 25% and Harry Reid at 22%

Reid has a lower rating then Pres Bush

According to that poll, the Democrats in Congress are 7 points higher than Bush. The Republicans in Congress are enjoying the same approval rating as Harry Reid. And Nancy Pelosi has an approval rating higher than Bush's.

Sure it ain't much but it strikes me as a bit odd with all the negative PR and media shown by the left this week leading up to the final showdown that his approval rating would jump 4 points. Actually the last reported poll on this forum by a liberal showed Bush at 28% so that would be a net increase of 15% points just for todays showdown.

How is that for extrapolation?
