POLL: Americans Don't Trust the FBI Raid

We knew this. Americans can see what's what. First blush polling out. Flop sweat ensues.

Of course the Democrats will follow with all kinds of panic push-polling, but this is what it is. Already we see FBI and DOJ rats trying to sell each other out on this.

If you click to the poll results, you will see Independents believe Trump's political enemies were behind this in a 53/35% split. Huge failure, Dems. Huge.

/----/ The 39.7% impartial justice system sounds like Trump Haters who are gleeful Trump is being persecuted.

Responding to criticism of Trafalgar's polling methods and its lack of transparency about its methods, Cahaly said in November 2020, "I think we’ve developed something that’s very different from what other people do, and I really am not interested in telling people how we do it. Just judge us by whether we get it right."

Before the 2020 United States presidential election, Trafalgar Group said that Trump would win the election, estimating that he would win Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

This source is shady.

Why doesn't Trump show us the search warrant?

Link that.

(f) Executing and Returning the Warrant.

(1) Warrant to Search for and Seize a Person or Property.

(A) Noting the Time. The officer executing the warrant must enter on it the exact date and time it was executed.

(B) Inventory. An officer present during the execution of the warrant must prepare and verify an inventory of any property seized. The officer must do so in the presence of another officer and the person from whom, or from whose premises, the property was taken. If either one is not present, the officer must prepare and verify the inventory in the presence of at least one other credible person. In a case involving the seizure of electronic storage media or the seizure or copying of electronically stored information, the inventory may be limited to describing the physical storage media that were seized or copied. The officer may retain a copy of the electronically stored information that was seized or copied.

(C) Receipt. The officer executing the warrant must give a copy of the warrant and a receipt for the property taken to the person from whom, or from whose premises, the property was taken or leave a copy of the warrant and receipt at the place where the officer took the property. For a warrant to use remote access to search electronic storage media and seize or copy electronically stored information, the officer must make reasonable efforts to serve a copy of the warrant and receipt on the person whose property was searched or who possessed the information that was seized or copied. Service may be accomplished by any means, including electronic means, reasonably calculated to reach that person.

(D) Return. The officer executing the warrant must promptly return it—together with a copy of the inventory—to the magistrate judge designated on the warrant. The officer may do so by reliable electronic means. The judge must, on request, give a copy of the inventory to the person from whom, or from whose premises, the property was taken and to the applicant for the warrant.

The onus is not on him to show the search warrant. He's playing his cards smart.

No. Link the proof that Trump was given a receipt outlining everything they took from his property.

Trump wasn’t even there dumbass…your claim is false because they didn’t inventory anything they took til after the raid…pretty cool trick eh? Now they can say anything was in those boxes…

Hey, how many pics of Melania’s underwear do you think was posed with?
His representatives were there. The rules for federal warrants are quite specific You might want to google rule 41

Acting on his legal advice, probably. Why does HE have any obligation to help the FBI slander him? The better question is WHY was the affidavit that served to justify the warrant, SEALED?
Affidavits are often sealed to prevent release of classified information.

Why do that when he can keep the criticism on the DOJ for not going public? Trump is crushing it at the moment. He is happy to let the DOJ flounder and take all the heat.
Just more proof that trump is a scam artist. Demanding to see what he already has.

If any violence happens it is 100% the fault of the Democrats. I conducted a POLL and that was the result

Being a Leftist means knowing whether someone is guilty, or should be guilty, without the benefit of a fair trial or a legal means to apprehend them.

Must be nice.
Or evidence.

What else is new?

We Americans stopped trusting the integrity of the FBI and the Justice Department after they let Crooked Hillary off the hook for "no intent" and participated in the attempted coup to oust President Trump over that bogus Russia bullshit.

This blatant attempt to punish Potatohead's political opponent is just another example of how we can't rust our government when the Swamp is running things.
