political placement quiz

Does anyone here have any experience in writing code that could be used to create a web-based political placement quiz? I have the text for a fairly extensive quiz that is based on the premise that two people could support a closely similar policy, but for different reasons. For example: Liberals and conservatives may both favor government policies designed to promote the use of solar, wind and other alternative energy sources. The liberal could support these policies for the sake of reducing greenhouse gases in an effort to stop global warming. But, the conservative’s goal would be to promote national security by reducing our dependence on oil imports from hostile nations.

So far the quiz has over 50 issues and the position statements for all of the questions take almost 20,000 words.
