That is an unsourced opinion only. The second I saw the five charges, the two transporting prostitute charges were thrown in to make sure a conviction would occur.

I am not sure that Guiliani or Christie in their time could have gotten convictions on the other three major charges.

She could have included lesser charges that would have resulted in his being in prison for the rest of his life. But she didn't. He's getting off easy. He doesn't deserve it.

And no, this isn't an 'unsourced opinion.' RICO charges have to meet a high standard. It was an overcharge, which torpedoed any real punishment he would have deserved.

I really wish the focus with the Epstein files was less on the FBI and more on the CIA and naval intelligence. If we really want to see more information about all this, Congress or Trump should request that the director of National Intelligence (Gabbard) get more information about the files from those institutions. The FBI wasn't even part of the initial investigation. This whole thing feels like a game of charades.
