This is common Dem behavior, Schiff did this with his Ukraine Donor too using American Taxpayer money to finance their campaigns, and basically hiring more IRS agents is to garner more tax money for more campain financing, because the more you see their failed policy the more money it takes to buy the voters vote, call this circular follow thr $ poster board- their "circle of incompetance." *L*
