1)he's been doing something, he's just not as dumb as your party to announce it and start a war.
2)it was Bolton who notified Trump years ago of this similar rumor
"claimed" problem that even Obama faced rumors of. You can't have it both ways, claiming Trump was not being briefed then ignoring the known war monger source of years earlier unofficial briefing with ulterior motive and bad track record on these things and who might be the NY Times source that's his outdated rehash rumor.
