Nope. He was a minimum of 50' away from the nearest agent and he was filming with his phone. That's not interference. That's a citizen exercising his Constitutionally protected right. (We used to call it the 1st Amendment). The agent aggressively approached him in a state of emotional anger. Not once did Pretti attack the agent nor did he pull his LEGAL handgun. He did try to protect two women from assault but that was his biggest "crime." All I am is a "concerned American" witnessing the erosion of the Constitution and the emergence of a police state.
