If a politician that is elected begins to cause catastrophic event's that begin to weaken a state, then for national security reasons the federal government should declare a national emergency that seeks to then remove the politician from power in order to keep the state strong and secure in the chain for national security reasons.

We need all state's functioning in ways that keeps the national security chain oiled and tight for the purpose of strength in numbers that sends a message to the world that attacks or infiltration will not be tolerated in these United State's of America.

A bill or amendment should be presented called the "anti-trojan horse doctrine", and every congressman should have to take a vote on it.
