I have used Tylenol for over 50 years. I must admit, I may go more than a year between times I use it and I've never taken more than is recommended nor for an extended period of time. That being said, I had a close friend that took it almost daily for a period of years. She died at 52 due to liver damage. Everything should be used in moderation. I am also aware of people who have died from consuming too much water--water intoxication.
