Bootlicker bootaJ didn't need no damned maternity leave for that long either, because that type of leave was only intended for women due to them not physically being able to work after so many weeks of pregnancy, and for a stay after the birth, and the dad is allowed a bit for being there for the birth but not to abuse the situation being offered.
