The family of a high school track star who was sucker-punched during a race say they had wanted to press charges against his attacker but deputies had threatened to arrest their son if they'd done so.

There is no excuse for this, but there is no excuse for whites here who look for any instance of a black person physically attacking somebody white while denying the 2,000 such instances of whites committing hate crimes against blacks annually, the racism of the republican party and the continuing white systemic racism in this country.

The discussion doesn't end with your disingenuous comments. It ends when whites stop looking for these rare occurrences so they can deny what they continue doing and work to end systemic racism.

And your point being moonglow---to get out of your lane while running disqualifies a runner. ERgo attacking black guy was blocking (likely on purpose) the lane that the runner was in which left the runner with the option of getting out of his lane being disqualified or pushing the trepasser out of the way. He opted to stay in the race. Then the same idiot blocking the race tract attacked him forcing him to lose the race. Sounds like the black guy premediated trying to have the runner disqualified all along. Time to look for the black's guy boyfriend or family member racing on the same tract.
