The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is investigating the incident, which occurred on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Video shot from a by-passing car shows the CHP officer chasing the woman on foot through traffic. In the video, the officer catches up to the woman from behind, spins her around and takes her to the ground. The pair struggled, but the officer ends up on top. From that position, he begins punching her rapidly in the head.

“He is beating her up, yo,” a man filming the incident is heard saying.

“Oh my gosh, why?” a woman asks.

As the officer is continuously punching the woman and grappling with her, another man rushes to help the officer subdue the woman. The CHP officer then handcuffs her.

“She took a left, and the cop, the CHP ran after her, grabbed her to try to subdue her, and then she you know, kind of tried to shove it off…Was she intoxicated? Was she mentally ill? Possibly,” David Diaz, one of the men who filmed the incident, told NBC Los Angeles.

“No one condones when he gets on top of a woman, and this is a big officer, and he punches her repeatedly,” Diaz said. “I think he punched her in the head 15 times.”...

I knew that video would bring out the leftist assholes. I am just surprised that it took two days. I assume that they needed that time to sober up from the weekend. It should go without saying that the cop's actions need to be viewed in context before judging him. It is quite possible that his reaction was "excessive" but justified due to provocation.

Also, I heard the interview with the jack off who took the video. He was quite obviously biased and had an agenda. He did not see the entire incident, just the beating, but he has reached the legal conclusion that the cop is guilty of a crime. What a shut head.

You leftist scumfucks need to wait until all of the evidence is revealed and context is established before you start cumming in each other's face over having a video example of police brutality to reaffirm your misguided perception of police. For ****'s sake, the cop is not a maniac. He is only human. The black ***** was acting like a complete **** head, walking around in traffic, ignoring the cop, and resisting arrest. Even if the beating is "excessive", it is certainly understandable given the intensity of the moment. We ask a lot of our policemen. Cut him some ******* slack.
