First of all, it's a special ops cop - this division of Metro cops deals with escorting the POTUS, etc. Secondly, a second cop overheard this one talking about shooting the FLOTUS. Not really all that unheard of as subject matter for that group. And, finally, the vast majority of Metro cops are Black.

You got nothing, but you imagine a lot.
