So here is one tid bit: "But DOJ spokesperson Chad Gilmartin told The Associated Press that Abrego Garcia will first be tried in court on the charges."
Another: "“We do plan to comply with the orders we’ve received from this court and other courts,” he said. “But there’s no timeline for these specific proceedings.”
Oh and the DOJ spokesman refers to charging Garcia with Human Trafficking which is not true. He's charged with Human Smuggling - and no the two are not the same. Human Trafficking has to do with slave trade and normal sex trafficking. Human smuggling is moving people who consent and want to be moved.

Oh and I don't care if Garcia is deported, however if he did commit crimes he should face trial and be deported after prison if convicted.
