I am descended from Germans that resided in the Moselle River valley, in and around Trier, Saar Palatinate. They were in the Crusades as the Teutonic knights (distant ancestors) and fought in the Imperial German armies in centuries future. I had cousins fight in the First and Second World War on the German side. (most of my ancestors had immigrated to America by this point, and fought the Germans in both wars.) On the other side of my family, I am descended from Czechoslovakians residing on the German border, and Austrians as well. Only a small smattering of English, Irish and Apache taint my blood. I have no sympathy for Russian Communists. I purely admire their fighting forces. Your "economy" graphs prove nothing. A good economy can't stop the power of the Russian army. even countries as great as Germany could not beat them.
