Unless you're a big job creating company like Apple it's impossible to go through life without paying taxes (even if it's just a sales tax when you buy something).

But for the sake of argument, yes, in that case it would be free. Allthough that doesn't matter because the other 99.9999999999% of the population do pay taxes and the government should provide healthcare to everyone. It's simply a human right the way I see it.

1/2 a billion to provide all types of medical services to women at reduced costs to taxpayers. And that does not include abortions, because abortions cannot be funded with taxpayer dollars. Public funds are public funds. I'm pretty sure that there are enough taxpaying supporters to cover it. It's in everyone's interest to track , treat and prevent the spread of disease, especially among the most vulnerable populations. There are obvious holes in the system that can only be filled with public funding. It's a dream to think what is currently being accomplished can be done solely through private funding, if it were possible it would already be happening.
