Blacks are 12% of the population yet account for over 50% of murders, plus over 33% of all non-murder violent crimes.

The main problem visible to all is it is getting worse. The schools, Media, older Blacks, politicians, courts all participate in teaching younger Blacks that this is OK. They censor the facts, they give privilege in school if you can run fast or whatever.
